About Me
Hi, I’m Pat! A wedding filmmaker from Lancashire, North West England.
My journey into filmmaking began from a very early age, when I would borrow my Grandfather’s camcorders to make films with friends or even just using toys instead of actors! As I started my early teens I was lucky enough to get my hands on Mini-DV and digital camcorders, and would spend every weekend forcing my friends to act in short films and sketches which I would shoot, direct, and edit. Throughout my childhood, teenage years, and early 20’s this was my one and only hobby and I would spend every moment I could either behind or in front of a camera making ‘movies’.

I studied Media in both High School and college, and my practical video work was always above and beyond what was expected of us at that level since I already lived and breathed film. I then went on to hone my skills on a professional level at a specialist TV & Film production school called Futureworks, in Manchester. However, I believe that my years of self-taught filmmaking, even prior to any Media-based education, were far more valuable to my career and has moulded the unique style and vision that you can hopefully see in my wedding films today.
